The document linked above will answer many of your questions about getting married in our parish. Please review it carefully before contacting the Rectory Office (listed within) with any questions or to schedule your initial meeting with the Pastor. These guidelines are designed to facilitate methodical and efficient planning by the bride and groom for the sacramental, musical and practical areas of the marriage ceremony, and are the basis of planning with the clergy and pastoral musician.
Scheduling
Couples should contact the parish at least six months (one year is ideal) in advance of any anticipated date for the wedding. No church wedding date can be set until after the first discussion with the Pastor. Subject to availability, the preferred times for weddings to be held at our church are 3:00pm on Fridays and 1:30pm or 3:00pm on Saturdays. A consultation with the Director of Music should be made soon after the initial meeting with one of the parish priests and at least two months prior to the wedding date. All music is approved by the Director of Music.
